Oktoberfest VI

Friday, September 26, 2008 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Sponsored by Nan and Brett Altman

A time to join AVA resident artists, alumni and staff as we welcome the 2007-2008 season with a festival of food, beer and song! Our sixth annual Oktoberfest! brings all the fun of Munich’s beer halls to AVA. The evening includes a full European buffet, Späten Oktoberfest beer from Munich and a concert of operetta favorites, sung by AVA resident artists and alumni. From lilting waltzes to the fiery Czardas, you’ll enjoy melodies of Lehár, Kálmán, Johann Strauss and many more! Take part in the raffle to help with the AVA scholarship fund.
